Beth has over 20 years of progressive experience in business management. She began her career in the Human Resource division of Marriott International at the Headquarters in Bethesda, MD. Since then, she has gained unparalleled experience in all aspects of business operations while establishing herself as a Human Resource Professional and Compliance Manager in the legal, structuring engineering, and medical arenas. Today she is a Society of Human Resource Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Professional Human Resource (PHR). A coach by nature, she has developed a unique perspective in working with staff and the C-Suite to streamline operations and build the foundations necessary for growth and professional fulfillment. Her commitment to taking on challenging responsibilities and successfully executing and implementing processes requires endurance and due diligence. In her previous roles, her broad skill set in human resources combined with experience in accounting, marketing, and benefits administration was instrumental to the growth and success of each organization. Outside of business consulting, she enjoys supporting her Eastern Shore community by volunteering for local sporting and business events. As a lifelong athlete and a 2x Ironman triathlon finisher, she thrives on balancing the physical requirements and mental endurance needed to reach long-term goals.
